By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

- “Business Day”: Monday–Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity.
4. Product Information & Safety
We aim for accuracy, but colours, packaging, or formulas may vary. Check ingredients carefully. Product advice is not medical advice. Before use, we recommend a Patch test product as skin reactions vary.
5. Order Process
An acknowledgement email is not acceptance. A contract forms once we send your order confirmation. We may refuse orders due to stock issues, errors, payment problems, or suspicious activity.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout. Prices may change, but confirmed orders are not affected. We accept major cards and listed payment methods. Orders are dispatched once payment clears.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
Only one code per order unless stated. Codes cannot be applied after checkout or exchanged for cash.
8. Availability & Stock
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund or offer an alternative.
9. Delivery
UK Delivery: Usually 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International Delivery: Usually 5–10 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risks transfer upon delivery. Ensure your address is correct. Uncollected parcels may incur redelivery fees.
10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Change of Mind: 14-day return window if products are unopened, unused, and sealed.
Non-returnable: opened, used, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive items.
Faulty/Incorrect Items: Report within 7 days with photos. We replace or refund if confirmed.
Returns must use tracked shipping. Refunds processed within 14 days after inspection. Shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error.
11. Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch. After dispatch, the returns policy applies. We may cancel for fraud checks, stock issues, or pricing errors.
12. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Valid for 12 months. Not refundable or replaceable. Cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Our Liability
We cover foreseeable losses caused by our negligence. We are not liable for business losses, indirect damages, misuse of products, or delays beyond our control. Nothing excludes your statutory rights.
14. Personal Data & Privacy
We process data according to our Privacy Policy for order processing, fraud prevention, customer service, and optional marketing.
15. Intellectual Property
