3. How to initiate a refund

We will issue instructions for returning the item(s). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
4. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they comply with this policy, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Please note: your bank or card provider’s processing time may cause additional delay (typically 3-5 working days).

Shipping fees (initial or return) are not refundable unless the error is ours (faulty, incorrect item, etc.).
